How do I know which size to choose?

If you are worried about choosing the wrong size, we would recommend that you take your measurements and match them to our size chart.

If you are looking for a looser fit, or are in between sizes, then sizing up would be ideal.

What is your return & exchange policy?

We would love nothing more than for you to love your Scrubs, but know that sometimes an exchange or return is necessary.

For an exchange or return please contact us at hello@zeya.com.au to organise this.

We will accept a return/exchange:

  • If you make contact within 30 days of delivery
  • The Scrubs are clean, unworn, in their original packaging with swing tags

** The customer will cover the cost of shipping an exchange or return if the product is not at fault**

How much is shipping & what are the delivery times?

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will be notified via email when your order has been shipped.

We offer a few shipping methods:Β 

  • FREE DELIVERY for Ipswich Hospital staff (when delivered to your ward)
  • FREE DELIVERY when you spend $100 or more (2 - 8 business days)
  • $8.99 Standard Flat Rate Shipping (2 - 8 business days)
  • $13.99 Express Shipping (1 - 4 business days)

We do not currently offer International shipping... but watch this space!

The scrubs I want are sold out. When will they be restocked?

There is nothing more frustrating than finding out that the Scrubs you've had your eye on have just sold out.

We endeavour to have our Scrubs restocked as quickly as possible... a happy customer = a happy business!

In the meantime we recommend that you sign up for a Restock notification so that you will be the very first to know when the Scrubs hit our shelves.
