Shipping
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will be notified via email when your order has been shipped.
We offer 2 shipping methods:
- Free Delivery for Ipswich Hospital staff (when delivered to your ward)
- Standard Flat Rate Shipping Free (2 - 8 business days)
Return to Sender
If your parcel was undelivered due to providing an incorrect address or failure to pick it up from the post office within the designated timeframe, it is not our responsibility. In such cases, a return-to-sender fee, as charged by AusPost, will be applied, and we will make an additional attempt to resend it at our own expense. However, should you fail to retrieve the parcel again, a refund will be issued, deducting the shipping costs incurred by us.
Shipping Company
We only use Australia Post to ship our orders, as we trust in their long history of reliability and credibility.
Standard and express shipping services offer tracking. You will be provided with your tracking details via email, If you do not provide an email, we will not be able to send you a confirmation email and updated tracking status.
Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Update Delivery Address
As we try to dispatch orders within 24-48 hours, we cannot guarantee a change in address will be received before dispatch. If you do manage to catch us while we are processing your order, we will be sure to make the change for you. Alternatively, you will need to contact the delivery service in possession of your parcel. You will find their details in your shipping confirmation email.
